Total Fee: $1660
Includes all of the "Essential" services listed above, plus 4 hours of daytime postpartum care hours to support you as you heal and learn to care for your new baby.

Essential Birth Doula Package
• A complimentary, no obligation interview so that we can get to know each other • 1-2 prenatal visits to build a bond and prepare for your birth. We will address your fears and hopes for your birth, your preferences regarding doula support, any questions or concerns about the process, review/practice selected techniques, and create and discuss your birth plan. • Access to many files and handouts including what to pack for the hospital, sample birth plans, and breastfeeding • Unlimited phone, text, and email support in between our visits through 2 weeks postpartum. • 24/7 on-call dedicated labor support during birth at your home or hospital beginning 2 weeks before and lasting 2 weeks after your due date. Should your birth occur outside these dates, I will make every effort to attend. • Telephone support in early labor to help assess the status of your labor and provide tips for your comfort • Continuous support during your labor and delivery induing comfort measures, positioning techniques, massage, TENS unit, essential oils, full access to my birth bag, etc • Assistance with your first breastfeeding attempt • 1 postpartum home visit to process and review your birth experience, answer questions, give breastfeeding support, as well as emotional and informational support. • Referrals to various members of the community, as necessary.
